Learning Picasso face craft using modeling clay is a creative and hands-on way to explore the abstract and expressive style of Pablo Picasso. By shaping and molding clay into the exaggerated features characteristic of Picasso's Cubist portraits, artists of all ages can experiment with form, perspective, and asymmetry. The process involves distorting facial elements—such as creating multiple viewpoints of eyes, noses, and mouths—and we painted and combined them into a single, unconventional face.
