This week, students continued working on their Starry Night eggshell mosaicartwork. They carefully added and arranged eggshell pieces to build texture and create the swirling sky and glowing stars. Through this process, students practiced patience, fine motor skills, and thoughtful placement while learning how small pieces can come together to form a larger image. They also explored color contrast and composition as they completed more details of their artwork. It has been wonderful to see their focus and creativity as they continue bringing their Starry Night scene to life.
ASP-
This week, our students continued working on their Starry Night–inspired landscape paintings. They focused on adding more details to their houses, mountains, boats, and reflections in the water while completing the swirling night sky. Students practiced color blending, brush control, and creating movement in the sky and water. This project helped them strengthen their composition skills and confidence in using bright colors and expressive lines. It was wonderful to see each student’s creativity as they completed their beautiful starry night scenes.
